How it started
If you’ve ever sold or bought a property, you know it’s rarely simple — and not always pleasant. For us it began with personal experience: one sale without an agent and one rental through an intermediary. That’s when we first met the real face of the market — a bit different from the glossy ads.
We faced a choice: accept that “this is how it is” and live with disappointment, high commissions, conflicts of interest, manipulation, and a sea of fake listings — or try to change something.
That’s how Stojer was born — a platform for people who want to act independently and make informed decisions. Instead of running deals through long chains of intermediaries, we chose transparency and support, without hidden interests or commissions. We set out to put control back into people’s hands.
